Radiator grille and headlight housing trim — removal and installation Ford F150
1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the air filter housing (see Fuel and exhaust systems) and the radiator cover.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the radiator grille (see illustration) and the washer hose, if equipped.

4. Raise the front of the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands.
5. Working from inside both of the fenderwells, remove the mounting screws at the corners of the fenders. Remove the headlight housing trim panel plastic pushpin, then pry away the headlight housing trim panel to release it from the retaining clips and remove it (see illustrations).

.5c…then carefully pry the headlight housing trim free from the retaining clips to remove it
6. Remove the air deflector push-pins (see illustration) and deflectors from each side of the grille.

7. Remove the radiator grille upper mounting bolts (see illustration).

8. Remove the grille lower mounting bolts (see illustration).

9. Unclip the wiring harness at the top of the grille. Pull the grille upwards to disengage the locking pins along the top of the grille, then pull the grille outwards and remove it from the vehicle.
10. Installation is the reverse of removal.
